The story of Dhul-Kifl in the Qur’an

He is counted among the patient with Isma’il and Idris, and among «al-akhyār», the best, with Isma’il and al-Yasa’.

Qur’an references 21:85-86 38:48

All the ayaat (3)

21:85 Al-Anbiya Key ayah

وَإِسْمَٰعِيلَ وَإِدْرِيسَ وَذَا ٱلْكِفْلِ كُلٌّ مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ

And (remember) Isma'il, Idris, and Zul-kifl, all (men) of constancy and patience

اور اسماعیل، ادریس اور ذوالکفل، سب صبر کرنے والوں میں سے تھے۔

21:86 Al-Anbiya

وَأَدْخَلْنَٰهُمْ فِى رَحْمَتِنَآ إِنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

We admitted them to Our mercy: for they were of the righteous ones

اور ہم نے انہیں اپنی رحمت میں داخل کیا، بے شک وہ نیکوں میں سے تھے۔

38:48 Sad

وَٱذْكُرْ إِسْمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلْيَسَعَ وَذَا ٱلْكِفْلِ وَكُلٌّ مِّنَ ٱلْأَخْيَارِ

And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good

اور اسماعیل، الیسع اور ذوالکفل کو یاد کیجیے، اور سب بہترین لوگوں میں سے تھے۔
