Questions in the Qur’an

The Qur’an often asks a question to make the listener think for themselves: “Have you not seen?”, “Has the story reached you?”, “So where are you going?”. These questions are not asking for information; they are meant to wake the heart. Here are the most prominent question forms, with their counts and ayaat.
